Gordon & MacPhail

Gordon & MacPhail Gordon & MacPhail
Gordon and MacPhail bottles over 300 expressions of single malt Scotch Whisky from distilleries throughout Scotland.

Their long established relationships with distillery owners throughout the country allows them to send their oak casks to the majority of Scotland’s working distilleries to be filled with ‘new make’ spirit, which then mature for many years at the distillery of origin or in our bonded warehouses in Elgin. The oak casks are carefully stowed and regularly checked until they finally achieve our highest quality standards. Only then are they bottled and presented for sale.

Their philosophy for maturing, selecting and bottling, ensures that Gordon & MacPhail strive to produce the highest quality whiskies. Their filling policy allows them to specially select casks to complement the unique character of whisky they fill into them. Their sherry casks are made in Spain, seasoned for a number of years and finally when they are ready, are brought to Scotland. They also source ex-bourbon casks from selected distilleries in Kentucky, and other specialist wine casks from throughout the world.

Loving care in every aspect of bringing their products to market ensures that every bottle carrying the G&M mark is simply as good as it can be.

Here's what your fellow whisky buffs said about Gordon & MacPhail's whiskies.
